Note: if you are locked out and are making a payment to bring your account current, please call (208) 267-3855 and press 2 to speak with someone (please leave a voicemail) for fastest access to your unit (ok to pay online first). 


Manage Your Account

Please log in to view your account history, pay by credit, debit, or ACH withdrawal, or manage auto-pay. 

*** Logging in to pay (or setting up autopay) is the best way to ensure your payment history is up to date. ***

If you don't have a login, click Forgot your password and use the email you have on file with us to see if you're already set up, or call (208) 267-3855 and press 2 to speak with someone (please leave a voicemail).

Please do not send mail to our street/site address, as USPS does not deliver there.

Note: when paying by mail, your payment may not be reflected in our billing system for up to 2 weeks, although you will not be considered late or charged a late fee if payment was received on time. 


Drop Off Payment

Drop by our facility at 6094 Main St. and put your payment in the mail slot.  
Please include the tenant name and unit number along with the payment.

Note: if your dropped off payment is stolen or lost, you will be responsible for replacing the payment.  To avoid this possibility, please use one of the above options to pay (tenant login is preferred).
